• Nonrefundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

• Return Window: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your product. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

• Processing Time: All eligible returns will be inspected and processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.

• Refused or Returned-to-Sender Orders: If an order is refused at delivery or returned to sender, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. These returns may take longer to process as they must first be received and inspected.

• Condition of Returned Items: All systems must be returned in like-new condition, complete with original packaging and all components. Returns missing packaging or parts, or showing damage, will be refused and sent back to the customer.

• Non-Exchangeable: Returns are eligible for refunds only; exchanges or substitutions are not available.

• Final Sale & Closeout Items: Products marked as Final Sale or Closeout are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

• Open-Box Products: Open-box items cannot be returned or refunded. These products are inspected, repackaged, and sold in like-new condition with a standard warranty but may show minor cosmetic imperfections.

• Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior confirmation or shipped to the wrong address will remain the customer’s responsibility. Lost or refused returns that do not meet return conditions will not be refunded.

• Unauthorized/Out-of-Policy Returns: If an unauthorized or late return is sent to us, we will attempt to contact you. The product will be held for 30 days, after which it may be discarded. Any return shipping costs in such cases will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Address or Shipping Modifications: If the shipping address or method is modified through the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from those changes.
